Sara Vance
Regional Director, Payor Strategies
Sara Vance is the Regional Director, Payor Strategy for Bicycle Health. She has over 12 years of experience contracting with national, commercial, and Managed Medicaid payors across the country.
Sara joined Bicycle Health in 2022 with a passion to help payors increase access to OUD treatment and reduce spend.
In her spare time, Sara enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, 2 sons, & 2 dogs. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and competing on the Peloton leaderboard.

Melissa Roberts
Vice President, Payor Strategies
Starting her career as a nutrition support dietitian, Melissa learned firsthand the difference access to quality care can make to the health and independence of individuals. Wanting to make a bigger impact, Melissa developed a career working with payors to provide access to essential and innovative health care to their membership. Partnering with Payors, Melissa brings this same passion to Bicycle Health’s mission of providing quality, accessible and affordable OUD treatment for all.
A lover of travel and adventure, Melissa enjoys exploring new places, taking walks on the beach, and hikes through the hills with her Husband and their French bulldogs Hugo and Coco.

Kelly Townsel
Director, Account Management
Kelly Drew-Townsel, M.B.A. joined Bicycle Health in June 2022, as Director of Payor Account Management and Engagement. Kelly has an undergraduate Mathematics degree from Florida A & M University and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Management. Kelly is an established healthcare professional with management experience in a variety of industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Managed Care, and Telehealth.
Kelly has experience with both the Payer and Provider sides of the Healthcare Industry. She has led Payer Engagement Teams and Provider Relations Teams for companies such as Array Behavioral Care and NextLevel Health.
Kelly spends a great deal of her personal time as a volunteer and Women’s Board Member at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. She is passionate about exposing ALL children and families to the wonders of Art.
